At Krushnakunj Elegance, we are dedicated to your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your item, we offer a 3-day return and exchange policy under the following terms.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3Β calendar days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and certificates of authenticity included.
  • Jewelry should not have been worn beyond a simple try-on and must show no signs of damage, alteration, or tarnishing due to mishandling.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number and state whether you seek a return or exchange, along with your reason.
  3. Our team will issue a return authorization and provide shipping instructions.

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet eligibility criteria.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective items or errors on our part.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item for a different size or style, follow the return process above.
  • Upon receiving the original item, we’ll ship the replacement at no extra cost, provided the exchange is requested within 7 days.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or an alternative item option.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Unless otherwise stated, all items are eligible for return or exchange if they meet the above conditions.
  • Personalized or customized items are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
